What You’ll Be Doing as Visual Sales Manager:

• Lead the visual direction of the store to reflect seasonal trends and brand standards.

• Collaborate with store and area managers to maximize sales through impactful displays.

• Motivate and train your team on styling, layout, and product placement.

• Analyze sales data to support your visual strategy.

• Supporting shop floor management with driving kpi’s and results

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has previous experience in fashion retail visual merchandising or management.

• Is confident, hands-on, and commercially minded.

• Loves working in a fast-paced, style-conscious environment.

• Can think creatively but act with purpose.

• Is ready to grow into a senior Visual Sales Manager role.
