About the Role

Are you an experienced textile professional looking to take your skills to the next level? We’re seeking a Textile Technologist to join our night shift team and play a key role in the dyeing, printing, and finishing of high-performance technical fabrics. You’ll ensure products meet the highest quality standards, support continuous improvement, and troubleshoot production challenges in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across Operations, R&D, and Quality teams

• Lead and monitor production trials from concept through to completion

• Gather, analyse, and report on process data to drive performance

• Present trial outcomes and recommend improvement actions

• Implement process efficiencies to boost output and consistency

• Maintain compliance with quality, health & safety, and environmental standards

• Identify root causes of production issues and deliver practical solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes (dyeing, finishing, etc.)

• Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic setting

• Detail-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

• Confident user of general IT systems (e.g., MS Office, production software)

• Organised, reliable, and committed to quality
