We’re working with a highly respected, independent accountancy practice with over 170 years of heritage. Known for its strong client relationships and commitment to staff development, this firm is now looking for a Tax Senior to join their growing team in Northampton.

?? The Role

As a Tax Senior, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services. You’ll work closely with partners and managers, gaining exposure to a wide range of tax matters and client sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review personal and corporate tax returns
• Advise clients on a range of tax issues, including planning and compliance
• Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients
• Support junior staff with technical queries and development
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and contribute to advisory projects

? What We’re Looking For

• ATT qualified or ACA/ACCA with strong tax experience (CTA desirable but not essential)
• Experience in a UK accountancy practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach
