Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young learners? We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school in Swindon on a long-term supply basis.
About the Role:You will be working with students with a range of special educational needs, delivering tailored lessons that inspire and support their individual learning journeys. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of SEN pupils.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external agencies.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to EHCP reviews and reports.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
- Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to teaching
