Job title: Account Manager

Location: Preston- 4 days office, 1 day working from home

Salary: Up to £33,000 plus bonus

Forward Role are proud to be partnering with a well established, yet still growing business, who support their clients, optimise their Amazon sales and performance. The business works with some of the biggest brands within the FMCG industry and due to their continued growth, are looking to add an additional Account Manager to their team.

As an Account Manager, you will be given a portfolio of clients, playing a key role in driving their success on Amazon. You will build strong and strategic relationships with your clients, guiding them through their Amazon growth journey.

Responsibilities will include;

• Lead discussions around sales and promotion strategies
• Provide performance insights to your clients to help identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
• Conduct competitor analysis
• Provide clear and actionable feedback on sales trends, fulfilment rates, and general account performance and progression

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have previous experience within a service-led role either within Customer Service or Sales
• Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
• Be able to adapt and prioritise your workload effectively
• Have good working knowledge of MS Excel

You do not need to have experience with Amazon as this will be taught however a can-do attitude and willingness to learn is imperative for this role.
