Reed is recruiting on behalf of an established client based in Elland, our client is looking for a Sales Team Leader to join their dynamic Sales Team. This role involves managing a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, as well as managing your own account base. The position is predominantly office-based, offering a vibrant working environment where leadership and relationship management are key.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead by example as part of the management team, setting professional standards for the team
- Communicate the goals and objectives of the business clearly, ensuring that targets are met
- Provide development opportunities for the team, offering support as needed
- Manage your own account base, developing and maintaining excellent relationships with customers and vendors
- Uphold a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the Group Code of Conduct
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or senior sales role
- Ability to be based in the office full time
- Confident in leading a team and providing support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
