Job Title: Research & Support Executive

Location: Taunton, Somerset

Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday (1 hour lunch break)

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 PA (depending on experience)

Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of media and technology? Our client, a leading global software organisation, is on the lookout for a passionate Research & Support Executive to join their team in Taunton.

Responsibilities:
As a Research & Support Executive, you will:

• Provide top-notch application support for client’s suite of software products via phone and email.
• Diagnose software issues and work closely with developers to implement effective solutions.
• Identify and resolve data and reporting errors, coordinating with external providers as needed.
• Assist clients with training and troubleshooting to maximise their use of our tools.
• Collaborate on exciting research projects
• Analyse and interpret large data sets to extract actionable insights.

Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience:

• High proficiency with computers and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong mathematical and statistical abilities, with experience handling large datasets and extracting insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a professional telephone manner.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
