Elevation Recruitment are excited to be exclusively recruiting for a Purchasing Assistant.

We’re looking for a commercially-savvy Purchasing Assistant to join a growing business in Sheffield. If you’re great with numbers, proactive with suppliers, and love making systems more efficient – this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing UK & Overseas suppliers

• Placing and tracking orders to keep stock levels just right

• Building strong relationships with suppliers to get the best results

• Working with ERP systems and Excel to manage data and spot trends

• Coordinating with teams across the business – sales, operations, warehouse

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in purchasing, stock control or supply chain (essential)

• Confident using ERP systems and Excel (Advanced)

• Strong attention to detail, with a commercial mindset

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Able to manage your own workload and look for smarter ways of working
