This programme plays a vital role in supporting the council’s environmental and community objectives. You’ll be providing essential support for a range of projects, including:

• Grounds Maintenance
• Waste Treatment
• Street Cleansing

?? About the Role:

As a Project Support Officer, you’ll work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of multiple workstreams. Your role will involve coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and supporting effective communication across teams.

? What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Support Officer within local government, ideally in environmental services or waste management
• A solid understanding of Agile project delivery
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills – essential for fostering collaboration and trust across departments and partners
