Private Client Solicitor

Hampshire firm with a very strong Private Client team is now looking to grow again with the appointment of a solicitor or associate level candidate.

Ideally you’ll be at 2+ years PQE but applications from NQ-1 level fee earners will be considered provided you have tangible extra experience gained pre-qualification at paralegal level or during the training contract.

You’ll have the support of a very experienced team which is something great as you will hone your skills in a technically strong and motivated department.

There’s a chance to progress with the firm, clear career paths are on offer and they also offer an attractive bonus scheme.

A mix of wok comes into the department and you’ll be assigned a level of work suitable for your experience. That may include complex cases.

Typical matters relate to :

• Wills and estate administration
• Trusts and declarations of trust
• Inheritance tax and lifetime planning
• Cross-border estate issues and foreign assets
• Court of Protection matters, including deputyship and statutory wills
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) for property, finance, health, and welfare

You can have trained or gained experience at any level of firm. What is important here really is that you are friendly, approachable, motivated and ready to get involved with a new exciting challenge.
