We are looking for a full-time qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and nurturing private day nursery in Pudsey. Our small, close-knit team is committed to providing a safe, inspiring, and supportive environment for both children and staff. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5

• Supporting children’s development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

• Building positive relationships with children, families, and your team

• Planning engaging activities tailored to individual interests and needs

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment

We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent – essential)

• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

• A warm, caring nature with a genuine passion for early years education

• Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices

• A team player with strong communication and organisational skills
