We are seeking a Receptionist to be based at of our client site in the heart of Mayfair. The property houses a selection of art deco inspired residential apartments and you will based on the reception desk providing a five star customer journey. You will be required to work Monday -Friday from .
Your role will be to provide a seamless and effective customer journey experience which will include.
- Ensuring that all client, tenant & visitor requests are efficiently fulfilled and exceed expectations.
- Providing a world class property experience, to include proactively owning all elements of the service –concierge, helpdesk, front of house, security, mail and logistics ,supplier management and liaison and workplace support.
- Building and maintain a positive working relationship with the client/residents
- Working closely with contractors, raising/chasing jobs.
- Showing responsibility for personal health and safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with ISS.

- To be motivated, committed and flexible
- The ideal candidate will have relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience and ideally have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office).
