Location: Leicester (Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days remote)
Salary: £35,000 – £42,500 + Pension + 33 Days Holiday + Death in Service Benefit

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct in-depth client research to support review meetings.
  • Draft clear, compliant suitability reports using structured templates.
  • Prepare complex annual review letters and new business documentation.
  • Use analytical tools like Defaqto/Centra and FEA Analytics for accurate fund and product analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with Financial Planners, offering advanced technical support.
  • Ensure meticulous adherence to processes and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to process improvements and team knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience in a paraplanning or technical support role within a wealth management or IFA firm.
  • Level 4 Diploma is a bonus but not essential – strong technical acumen and report writing skills are more important.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with systems like Iress Xplan and/or Intelligent Office.
  • Strong understanding of pensions, investments, taxation, and financial planning principles.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and proactive with the ability to prioritise workloads independently.
