Location: Central London (close to Charing Cross Station and Covent Garden)
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role:

Our client is an IAA-registered immigration firm, based in Central London near Charing Cross Station and Covent Garden. They are now seeking an experienced and dedicated paralegal / Immigration Caseworker to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of UK immigration matters, providing professional, efficient, and client-focused services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a range of UK immigration applications including work visas, family visas, visitor visas, and settlement.

• Prepare and submit applications to the Home Office.

• Draft legal representations, supporting documents, and cover letters.

• Liaise with clients, third parties, and the Home Office when required.

• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Support senior caseworkers and solicitors on complex matters as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in UK immigration casework
