Business Partner / Manager / People Management / Resource Management / Capacity / Operations Strategy / Engineering Portfolio / Engineering Sector / Utilities Sector (Gas / Electricity / Oil) – Remote / Warwickshire / £500 – 800 per day Inside IR35 – 6 month contract.
One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Business Partner / Manager within the Engineering / Utilities sector.
Location – Remote / Warwickshire (mainly remote)
Duration – 6 months +
Day Rate – £500 – 800 per day Inside IR35
This role will be assessing the current engineering and utilities portfolios and partnering with the relevant department looking at resource requirements / people capabilities across the portfolio / divisions and working with onshore and offshore providers to secure the resources.
Experience:
- Must have expertise in Engineering and/or Utilities sector experience – if utilities, this may include Electricity / Gas / Oil / Power / Energy / Wind / Transmission etc
- Experience of working on engineering projects/programmes/portfolios
- People management, people capabilities / capacity management / resource requirements
- Strong stakeholder management – will be partnering with different departments and onshore/offshore consultancies
