Your new role
In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee a broad range of finance and controlling activities, ensuring strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across global divisions. Responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement finance and controlling strategies across divisions
• Lead and support divisional accounting teams and ensure compliance
• Prepare financial statements and collaborate with auditors and consultants
• Manage tax documentation and oversee transfer pricing processes
• Provide controlling tools and guidance to plants and central functions
• Ensure timely payments and refine financial systems and processes
• Support local teams on accounting, financial reporting, and compliance
• Promote a positive work culture and lead talent development

What you’ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will hold full CIMA or ACCA qualifications and demonstrate a successful track record in senior finance leadership, with experience closely partnering with operational teams and reporting at group level. A strong command of management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control is essential. Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is required, along with proficiency in navigating ERP systems. The individual will be confident, proactive, and assertive, with a high level of credibility and strong interpersonal skills. They should be capable of operating effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
