The Opportunity
This is your chance to join the UK’s largest recruitment business as an Onsite Recruitment Account Manager, supporting one of our key clients in Bradford.
You’ll play a central role in delivering high-volume temporary recruitment solutions. Whether you’ve already worked on-site or have strong recruitment experience with transferable skills, we’ll support you with training and development to succeed.
What you’ll do as an Onsite Recruitment Account Manager
This is a fast-paced and varied role, focused on relationships, compliance and performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Building strong relationships with workers and client stakeholders
Attending planning and forecasting meetings and managing workforce requirements
Using feedback to drive continuous improvement across site processes
Delivering timely candidate fulfilment and adapting to operational needs
Managing site compliance, including AWR, NMW, Right to Work and GLAA standards
Proactively identifying local commercial opportunities for growth
Interviewing and inducting candidates and managing pipelines
Handling welfare, attendance, payroll and disciplinary procedures
Producing reports and analysing data to identify performance improvements

Strong communication and leadership skills
Confidence working with data and using insights to drive change
