Are you passionate about early childhood education and making a real difference in young lives? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant to join a progressive primary school in Battersea.

About the Role:

As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of children aged 2-5. You’ll work closely with the class teacher and wider team to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
• Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is essential.
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting individual learning needs.
• A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging activities tailored to individual needs.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support, particularly for children with SEN.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment.
