Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a Temporary Customer Service Coordinator to join our client’s friendly and fast-paced team on the outskirts of Leeds.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a key support to their operations team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Handling general customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing job orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing payment transactions and resolving billing queries
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using computer systems and managing data
- A team player with a can-do attitude and attention to detail
- Available to work onsite every day during standard office hours
