Astro Education are looking for an experienced Teacher of Maths to join a Secondary School in Stoke-on-Trent. Starting in September the role will involve teaching Mathematics to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4

About the Opportunity
Astro Education is looking for a qualified and experienced Maths Teacher for a secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent. The role involves teaching students across Key Stages 3 and 4 the Maths curriculum. The successful candidate will play a key role throughout the academic year, focusing on raising student attainment and supporting them to reach their full potential. This role will be starting in September on a full time or 0.8 basis and all applicants who hold QTS will considered. ECT’s welcome to apply.
Required Experience:
- Experienced teaching Maths to Key Stage 3 and 4 Students
- Hold QTS or equivalent.
- Be flexible, patient and adaptable
- Be able to communicate effectively within a team
- Will to take on full teaching responsibilities.
- Open to/ or have experience of working with a variety of SEN.
- Be able to work core school hours.
