Excellent career opportunity for an HR Administrator to join the team of a leading law firm in the City. Hybrid working. Salary £30k plus superb benefits package.

If you would like to be an HR Administrator in a friendly, supportive HR team comprising c.30 HR professionals, this could be the ideal career move for you. This HR Administrator role offers plenty of variety across many areas of HR and you will be supporting the team as follows –

  • New joiners and leavers administration
  • Inductions
  • Organising exit interviews and new joiner catch-ups
  • Referencing with external screening provider
  • Updating the HR database
  • Responding to HR queries
  • Updating Payroll on employee changes
  • Processing invoices
  • Assisting with preparation of confidential documents such as Contracts
  • Liaising with colleagues across the wider HR team
  • Generally supporting the HR team with all administration as required

You will need to have 1yr’s office administration experience in a corporate, professional environment and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to prioritise your own workload using your initiative and have good MS Office skills. Attention to detail is also important.
