HR Administrator

  • Location: Bournemouth
  • Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour PAYE (£17.00ph under an Umbrella)
  • Job Type: Full-time, Temp for 2/3 months
  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm

We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join our clients team in Bournemouth. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen interest in human resources, aiming to support the smooth operation of our HR function.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide administrative support across all areas of HR including maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems.
  • Health and Safety Administration; Data reports
  • Invoice Administration
  • Booking and organising transport with accommodation for employees
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new starters.
  • Handle general HR queries and provide first-line support to employees.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
