We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated General Support Teaching Assistants to join our team across a number of welcoming primary schools in Bristol.
Your new role
As a General Support Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with class teachers to support learning across the curriculum
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
- Help create a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Support children with additional needs to access learning
- Assist with classroom preparation, displays, and administrative tasks
What you’ll need to succeed
- A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working with children (in a school or other setting) is desirable
- A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage, but not essential
