About the Role
As an HR Advisor, you will provide expert guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters. You will be involved in employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and HR project work, ensuring best practice and compliance with employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and support managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with current legislation
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
- Contribute to HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Maintain accurate HR records and support reporting requirements
About You
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
- Solid experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
