Join a leading creative communications agency as a Digital Account Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing multiple digital marketing accounts, specialising in PPC and SEO. You will be a pivotal member of our rapidly growing digital marketing team, working with a diverse range of B2B and B2C clients.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across paid advertising, SEO (content and technical), and UX/CRO for our clients.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with clients.
• Deliver presentations to clients, internal teams, and for new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the in-house development team on new website builds and client website developments/migrations, focusing on technical SEO.
• Oversee the work of account executives, assisting in their training and progression.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing account management, ideally within an agency setting.
• Strong expertise in PPC (Bing & Google) and both organic and technical SEO.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance marketing.
• Solid understanding of conversion and online customer acquisition.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively, both face-to-face and via email.
