Credit Controller

We’re excited to be partnering with a long-established and respected business based in Hereford, currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their dedicated finance team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to credit management. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and building productive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage and develop relationships with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve queries
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts within agreed timelines
• Prepare account reconciliations and ad hoc financial reports as required
• Regularly review the status of accounts to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information
• Provide clear and concise cash collection reports for senior leadership, highlighting risks and progress
