Your new company
Based in Stockport, your new company is a forward-thinking and growing manufacturing business who are seeking a Credit Controller/Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their company.

Your new role
Reporting to the FD and working as part of a team of 3 you will be tasked with assisting both the Credit Controller and the Purchase Ledger Clerk with day-to-day operations.
With your previous credit control experience and ideally some purchase ledger (although not essential as the Purchase Ledger part can be taught), you will be responsible for contacting customers by telephone and email (B2B) regarding overdue payments as well as assisting the Purchase Ledger in processing invoices.
A varied hands-on role where you be proactive and reactive to meet the demands of the business.

What you’ll need to succeed
Credit Control experienced
Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger
Excellent customer service skills – Verbal, Written
Attention to detail
Able to work as part of a team
