The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial leases, licences, and renewals
• Development work and investment transactions
• Property finance and secured lending

You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and SMEs, providing tailored and pragmatic legal advice.

To be considered for this role, you will:

• Be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 5 years’ PQE in commercial property
• Have a strong technical grounding and a commercial outlook
• Be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Possess excellent client care and communication skills
• Be a team player who thrives in a collaborative working environment
