CNC Operator/Setter – Leicestershire

Location: Leicestershire
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £13.00 – £16.00 per hour (DOE)

Are you a skilled CNC Operator or Setter looking for your next role?
We are working with a number of reputable engineering and manufacturing companies across Leicestershire who are looking to expand their CNC teams.

Duties include:

• Setting and operating CNC machines (lathe or milling – depending on role)

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

• Tool changes and machine adjustments

• Basic quality checks using measuring equipment

• Working to tight tolerances

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a CNC Operator or Setter

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic

• Experience with FANUC, HAAS, or Heidenhain controls (advantageous)
