Are you a skilled Business Development Executive with experience in sales and lead generation?
Our client is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support business growth in the healthcare and care home sectors. You will be responsible for identifying key decision-makers, generating qualified leads and gathering procurement intelligence within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to NHS/ Private hospitals and care home organisations
- Identify procurement decision-makers at hospital, Trust and Estates levels
- Gather detailed intelligence on current partnerships, capital equipment suppliers and service providers
- Introduce and promote comprehensive service offerings
- Schedule meetings or pass qualified leads to the Business Development team
- Follow up on website enquiries to assess interest and provide relevant information
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to align messaging and maximise lead conversion
What They’re Looking For:
- Minimum two years’ experience in sales, lead generation, or business development roles
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Commercially aware, proactive and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector, understanding of capital equipment or managed service models and experience handling FOI requests is desirable
