Are you looking to start or grow your career in a role where your work truly matters? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Complaints Case Worker to join our dedicated team in Milton Keynes.

In this role, you will assist the Complaints Case Worker with case administration to support the effective management of complaints.

Role Profile

You will provide case-related administrative support to the Investigation team, helping to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth case progression. Additionally, you will support the Conduct team with ad-hoc project work as needed, contributing to the successful delivery of various team initiatives.

Responsibilities include:
* Setting up new cases
* Assist the Conduct Department, including investigations officers with scanning, post, production of letters/reports and other ad-hoc activities
* Responding to requests from other regulatory bodies
* Progression of some administrative cases
* Specific duties will vary from time-to-time in line with the business needs

Candidate Profile

Requirements include:
* Good communication skills (oral and written)
* Demonstrates adaptability and a proactive approach, with a willingness to embrace new challenges and contribute flexibly to evolving situations.
* Previous experience in a customer service office-based role
* Experience of managing complaints would be desirable
