Job Description

Are you a proactive and organised individual looking for an exciting temporary role? We have an immediate opening for an Administrator for our key client based in Batley.

Hours of work – Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 5.00 p.m. and Friday 8.30 and finish at 2.30 p.m.

You will be working within a small but busy team environment providing crucial administrative support for their sales operations.

Duties will include:-

  • Dealing with incoming calls/emails from customers regarding their orders/queries/questions
  • Processing orders
  • Updating records
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Undertaking any additional duties – no two days are the same!

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. If you have previous administrative experience this role is perfect for you!

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
