Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Prepare financial statements, year-end accounts, VAT returns, and management accounts
- Take full ownership of larger Limited company accounts with minimal supervision
- Support and mentor trainees, contributing to their technical development and success
- Train junior team members, helping them build both confidence and capability
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit, supportive team

Your Profile
- Significant experience in Practice, particularly with Limited company accounts
- Proficient in cloud-based accounting software, especially Xero
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong desire to progress
- Able to balance technical expertise with excellent communication and teamwork
