Are you a warm, proactive, and engaging Early Years Practitioner looking to make a real difference? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a lovely one-form-entry primary school in the heart of Kensington to recruit a dedicated practitioner to join their friendly and collaborative Early Years team.
This is a full-time, long-term role starting this September, ideal for someone who thrives in a close-knit, community-driven school where every staff member is truly valued.

What We’re Looking For:
The school is seeking someone who is:

Engaging – able to connect with young children and bring learning to life

Proactive – ready to take initiative and contribute to the wider EYFS team

Involved – keen to be hands-on, support colleagues, and fully immerse themselves in the daily life of the school
Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare

Recent experience in a nursery, preschool, or early years classroom

Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development

A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

Availability to work full-time for the full academic year
