Accounts and Administration Assistant – Hayle – Up to £29,000
Trial Balance Consulting have been re-engaged by a long-standing client: a well-established services business based in Hayle, known for their strong staff retention and development. I’ve been tasked with sourcing their new Accounts and Administration Assistant to join a small but highly experienced finance team.
This is a full-time, permanent role, based at the company’s headquarters on the outskirts of Hayle (free onsite parking available!)
Reporting to a highly experienced, and very friendly, Finance Manager, this is a data-focused position covering a wide range of accounting tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
• Inputting purchase ledger invoices and allocating them to relevant department heads for approval
• Raising and submitting sales ledger invoices
• Assisting the credit control team with aged debtor management
• Supporting account reconciliations and journal postings
• Preparing costing information for ongoing projects
• Lending a hand with wider finance team tasks and projects during busy periods
