Job Advert: Prescribing Pharmacist – GP Practice, Reading
Location: Reading
Salary: £56,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time preferred | Part-time available (minimum 3 days/week)
Start Date: Immediate
Our client is a large, well-established GP practice in Reading with an Outstanding CQC rating, seeking a Prescribing Pharmacist to join our dynamic and supportive pharmacy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality prescribing services within the practice
- Manage and support patients with diabetes and other long-term conditions
- Work one extended hours day per week (until 8pm)
- Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Must be a qualified Prescribing Pharmacist
- Experience in managing diabetes patients
- Completion of CPPE training
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
