Reeson Education are looking to appoint a committed and confident Teaching Assistant to support a young person with SEMH needs within an alternative provision setting in the M30 area. This Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, proactive, and skilled at supporting pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour needs – particularly those with a history of trauma or brain injury.
This Teaching Assistant position will involve both in-school support and some outreach work in the community, so a driving licence and access to a car is essential. The school is part of a wider SEMH provision and provides a therapeutic, person-centred environment for its pupils.
