People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Swadlincote on a full-time temporary to permanent basis.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Picker Packer, Order Picker or Warehouse Assistant.

Rates of Pay:

• Competitive rates of pay

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 – 15:30 / 10:00 – 18:00 – Rotating

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as a Warehouse Operative are:

• Supporting warehouse processes within a busy environment
• Moving materials, loading and unloading goods
• Scanning products
• Labelling products
• Completing stock checks and basic documentation
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
• Working closely with colleagues and the warehouse team

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:

• Experience within warehousing
• Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
• Able to follow instructions and work safely

Training:

• Full training provided
• Ongoing development support
• Industry-related training provided
• Ongoing support throughout
