Early Shift

Monday to Thursday: 5:50am – 2:00pm

Friday: 5:50am – 11:20am

Late Shift

Monday to Thursday: 1:30pm – 10:00pm

Friday: 11:10am – 4:40pm

About the Role of a Semi-skilled Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities for Semi-skilled Machine Operator

• Operate as part of a production team to maintain smooth workflow
• Learn and support the entire production process from start to finish
• Assist with skilled tasks: soft turning, heat treating, grinding, milling, and polishing
• Manufacture ball bearings for high-profile clients in the aviation industry (e.g., planes and helicopters)
• Ensure precision and quality in all aspects of production
• Follow detailed instructions and strict manufacturing policies
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times

Key skills required for a Semi-skilled Machine Operator

• 2-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience using metal cutting machine tools
• Experience of setting / operating on a production line
