We’re now looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to join our leadership team and take our sales floor to the next level.

?? Your Role

As Sales Manager, you’ll lead from the front—overseeing multiple team leaders and their sales teams. You’ll be the engine behind our performance, driving KPIs, coaching talent, and building a thriving, high-performance culture. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where energy, accountability, and results truly matter.

?? What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of team leaders and their sales agents

• Drive individual and team performance through goal-setting and active coaching

• Run structured 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews

• Analyse KPIs and implement improvements to boost results

• Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and high ethical standards

• Help shape sales strategies and scale a dynamic, growing team

• Foster a positive, driven, and fun culture on the sales floor

? What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing successful, target-driven sales teams

• Strong leadership and coaching ability—you bring out the best in others

• Adaptability—you connect with all personality types and thrive in a fast-moving environment

• A hands-on, lead-by-example style

• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills

• Ideally, experience in car finance, telesales, or another regulated B2C sales environment

• Solid understanding of FCA compliance and responsible sales practices
