Recruitment Consultant – Reed Ipswich (Accountancy & Finance Division)

Location: G4, 159 Princes Street Ground Floor, Connexions, Ipswich IP1 1QJ
Driver: Car driver with access to your own vehicle essential
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home after induction
Salary: £27,500 to £39,500 dependent on recruitment experience + Uncapped Bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent

What is the role?

Reed is looking for an ambitious recruiter to take over a well-established Accountancy and Finance recruitment desk in Ipswich. Covering Suffolk and the surrounding area, you’ll recruit across accountancy roles on a temporary and contract basis.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development of clients through to candidate placement

• Building relationships with marketing, creative and digital hiring managers

• Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-calibre candidates

• Developing new business and growing existing client partnerships

• Becoming a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike
