We’re looking for a Junior Textile Technologist to join our night shift team, where you’ll receive full training and support from experienced professionals. What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in the dyeing, printing, and finishing of technical fabrics

• Support the Operations, R&D, and Quality teams with day-to-day tasks

• Learn how to monitor production trials and collect performance data

• Help analyse results and suggest ideas for process improvement

• Observe and assist in troubleshooting production issues

• Maintain awareness of quality, safety, and environmental procedures

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for textiles and a desire to develop your skills

• Some knowledge of textile or manufacturing processes (education or experience)

• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to learn and take initiative

• Comfortable using general IT systems (e.g., email, Microsoft Excel)

• Reliable, organised, and safety-conscious
