The SEND & Inclusion Service continues to uphold high aspirations for our children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. As part of this mission, we are looking to expand our dynamic and person-centred team with a passionate SEND Case Officer.
About the Role
The SEND Case Officer will play a vital role in coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans. You will work closely with children, young people, families, schools, and multi-agency partners to ensure the delivery of holistic and high-quality support packages that reflect individual needs.
This role combines case management, collaborative engagement, and statutory compliance-ensuring children and young people are in suitable education placements with the right support in place.

This role is community-based for at least 60% of the working pattern, supporting practice across Camden’s SEND Local Area and building meaningful relationships with families and services. Flexible and hybrid working is supported.
