Clinical Negligence Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a highly regarded healthcare and insurance litigation team in Leeds.

This is an opportunity to work within a nationally recognised practice handling complex defendant clinical negligence matters for major healthcare clients, with excellent opportunities for career development and progression.

The Role

You’ll manage a varied caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims, providing high-quality advice and supporting clients throughout the litigation process.

You’ll ideally have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in clinical negligence, personal injury or insurance litigation
• Experience handling complex claims and managing your own caseload
• Strong drafting, analytical and case management skills

Defendant experience is desirable, however lawyers from claimant clinical negligence backgrounds will also be considered.
