Here at Reed, we are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Competitions Delivery Executive to join their team on a minimum 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to play a key role in supporting the delivery of funding and assessment programmes.

Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will be responsible for ensuring processes run smoothly, supporting stakeholders, and maintaining accurate project and funding records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across funding and assessment activities, ensuring processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Support the management of applications, invoicing activities, and related documentation.
  • Monitor project setup activities and liaise with successful applicants to collect required information and documentation.
  • Prepare and issue funding documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
  • Review and process bank account and project information in line with established guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems to provide clear visibility of project progress.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support successful programme delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience within a fast-paced administrative, operational, or customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail with strong data management and IT skills.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to your work.
  • The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience within programme administration, grants, funding, research, public sector, or similar environments would be advantageous.
