Salary: £35,000 – £42,500 basic dependent on experience and Qualifications
On Target Earnings up to £52,000

An established automotive service centre is seeking skilled Vehicle Technicians to join its high-performing team. This opportunity is ideal for experienced technicians, service professionals, or newly qualified mechanics with a drive to learn and develop.

Who We’re Looking For – Vehicle Technician

• Vehicle technicians, service technicians, auto-mechanics or mechanics
• Applicants with NVQ Level 2 / NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Technology (IMI or City & Guilds)
• Motivated individuals with a passion for diagnostics, repair and customer satisfaction
• Experience with leading automotive brands is beneficial, but not essential

Key Responsibilities for Vehicle Technician

• Deliver high-quality, first-time fixes to delight customers
• Carry out video-based vehicle health checks and identify upsell opportunities
• Communicate effectively with workshop supervision and colleagues
• Maintain clean, safe workspaces and adhere to all safety standards
• Complete MOT tests in accordance with DVSA guidelines (where applicable)
• Actively participate in training to develop technical expertise
