Job Title: Parts Advisor

Location: Kidderminster

Salary: £28,000 basic + Bonus

Hours: 5 days a week

We’re seeking an experienced and customer-focused Parts / Aftersales Advisor to join our client, a dual franchise dealership. This role will primarily focus on Parts but also support the Service Counter as needed. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with solid automotive parts experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities of Parts Advisor:

• Prepare parts for upcoming service bookings to ensure smooth workshop flow.
• Manage counter sales for retail and trade customers, including accurate payments.
• Assist technicians by providing the correct parts quickly and efficiently.
• Handle stock control: ordering, receipting, and returning parts as necessary.
• Maximise sales opportunities and support department profit targets through cross-selling and upselling.

Experience Required for Parts Advisor:

• Previous experience in an automotive Parts Advisor role is essential.
• Knowledge of dealership DMS (Dealer Management Systems) preferred.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
