Your Day-to-Day
As the face of the clinic, you’ll make every guest feel like a VIP while keeping the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes. You will:

Greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and a smile

Manage bookings by phone, email, and in-person

Keep appointments running like clockwork

Build great relationships with our clients and team
What We’re Looking For:

You’re customer-obsessed and make people feel seen and valued

You’re organised, proactive, and a natural problem-solver

You love being part of a fast-paced, fun, and high-performing team

You have previous experience front-of-house or in a customer-facing role
Beneficial:

Speak French, Portuguese or Spanish

Have a creative eye for Instagram/TikTok and enjoy engaging online

Have worked in a clinic, salon, or wellness environment before
