?? Location: Fulham, London (Close to Fulham Broadway & Hammersmith stations)
?? Hours:

  • Tues: 10am-5pm

  • Wed: 9am-6pm

  • Thurs: 11am-8pm

  • Fri: 9am-6pm

  • Sat: 9am-5pm

Your Day-to-Day

As the face of the clinic, you’ll make every guest feel like a VIP while keeping the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes. You will:

  • Greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and a smile

  • Manage bookings by phone, email, and in-person

  • Keep appointments running like clockwork

  • Build great relationships with our clients and team

What We’re Looking For:

  • You’re customer-obsessed and make people feel seen and valued

  • You’re organised, proactive, and a natural problem-solver

  • You love being part of a fast-paced, fun, and high-performing team

  • You have previous experience front-of-house or in a customer-facing role

Beneficial:

  • Speak French, Portuguese or Spanish

  • Have a creative eye for Instagram/TikTok and enjoy engaging online

  • Have worked in a clinic, salon, or wellness environment before
