Hays is proud to be partnering with a forward-thinking local council in the West Midlands to recruit three experienced Project Managers to support a high-profile Street Scene Programme. This programme is critical to the council’s environmental and community goals, and we are seeking professionals to lead projects in the following areas:
- Street Cleansing
- Grounds Maintenance
- Waste Treatment
?? About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering key projects that enhance the local environment and public services. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact on the community while working in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
? What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within local government, ideally in environmental services or waste management
- Strong understanding of Agile project delivery
- PRINCE2 certification (desirable)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills – essential for rebuilding trust and collaboration across departments and external partners
