Senior Branch Manager

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to recruit an ambitious Senior Branch Manager to head up a very reputable and established Residential Sales and Lettings team in Ely, Cambridge.

You will be working alongside a very experienced, driven, and friendly team of property professionals within Residential Sales and Lettings.

The Senior Branch Manager Package:

• Basic Salary of £45,000pa possibly more for the right candidate
• OTE £70,000 pa, inc car allowance
• 5 day working week to include some Saturdays with a day off in lieu during the week
• Hours of work: 8.45am – 5.30pm
• Generous annual leave Bank Holidays increasing with length of service

What will it take to be successful as a Senior Branch Manager:

• A number of years’ experience managing a team in an Estate Agency office
• Self-motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team
• Enjoy a varied, busy and rewarding role, with the ability to organise the teams workload to meet multiple deadlines
• Good IT skills and enthusiasm for embracing ever changing and advancing technology
• Welcoming and passionate about providing a high level of customer care to our clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with little direction, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships with team members
• NAEA / NFOPP qualified is desirable along with working knowledge of Alto software
• Use of own vehicle which is insured for business use.

What will you be doing a the Senior Branch Manager:

The role is to build on growing the business and increase market share for the Ely area.

You will manage and support the Residential team on a daily basis, ensuring clients receive a high standard of customer care.

Main purpose / scope of the Senior Branch Manager:

• Managing the Ely Residential office
• Attending valuations and marketing properties
• Negotiating Sales
• Oversee and contribute to marketing ideas/campaigns
